KK as Chairman of CFAT would create a platform where various stakeholders can address issues concern- ing the deployment of Appropriate Technologies for Sustainable and Inclusive growth in India. N K Goyal is a Telecom Analyst and has been involved in various capacities in formulation and implementation of Govt Telecom policies in India, NK has closely watched the phenomenal growth of Indian telecom Industry and also its shortcomings, His contribution to Industry-Govt collaboration is immense. NK as president of CMAI is responsible for promoting CFAT to address the issues of Inclusive Growth with available technology options
